WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based in Orange County, California. Â All of our products are sourced from the U.S.A. Â We handmade these products in small batches to provide the best quality and precision!
HOW DO I ORDER PRODUCT?
We are currently accepting orders through our website and through instagram.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
If not ordering through the website, we accept payments through Venmo & cash if picking up products in person.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ACTUALLY NATURAL AND NON-TOXIC?
Yes! Â It is very important to us that we use quality natural ingredients for all items. Â Please read more about our reasoning for this in our "Welcome" blog post.
SINCE YOUR PRODUCTS ARE NATURAL, WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?
Since we do not use unnatural preservatives, our products have a shelf life of about 10-12 months if stored properly (out of direct sunlight and in cool place). Some of our items require refrigeration for best results, such as our toners/room spray. These items are best if used within 6-8 weeks.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PREGNANT OR NURSING WOMEN AND/OR CHILDREN?
We suggest you always consult with your doctor or pediatrician. With that said, our products are made with mother natures natural ingredients and our goal is to provide products the entire family can safely enjoy. We have listed in the product descriptions if ingredients are considered safe for pregnancy/nursing as well as for children.
